These red necks trick Viktoria, a beautiful, bright girl (Russian star Natalia Nazarova) from Ukraine, into coming to their town. Luring bright young thing Victoria to Paradise from the Ukraine proves deceptively simple, but getting her back when she realizes just how thoroughly she's been duped proves a whole other kettle of fish. The fact that her husband-to-be is a yet to be reformed misogynist twice her age puts a kink in Viktoria's plan to start a new life in America. Taking lessons in the American dream from burned-out waitress Reenie, Viktoria soon winds up being the teacher, as the citizens of Paradise get a new perspective on life and Viktoria crafts her own version of that dream.
