    I don't blame the bouncer, Cobain hit him twice in the face with the guitar. In the end though, Kurt took the shotgun like a man.

    Looked like Cobain might have accidentally kicked the bouncer during his stage dive which pissed the bouncer off, and you can see the bouncer trying to shove Cobain back into the audience, which prompted the guitar blows from Cobain. I was impressed with how fast Dave Grohl cleared those drums and got into the fray. Must've been watching the escalation...
