    This didn't win an Oscar. It's a continuation of the adventures of the same character, that was in the hillarious short film "Guard Dog", that was nominated for an Oscar.

    Animation is so labor intensive, that Bill is one of the few that does all of the drawing himself. Almost all animation is done by teams of people turning out a few seconds a day per person in other countries where labor is cheaper then the US. His feature films are a few years apart.
