    Who stands behind you, the customer, the client, the victim of an automobile accident? Who stands behind you to insure that your vehicle is properly repaired to 100% of pre-accident condition? Without aftermarket or used parts? Without BSing you and your repair shop on how your vehicle should be repaired?? The answer is NONE. Voice your concerns to your senator and tell them that laws should be created and enforced to keep your insurance company from skimping on repairs.
