Today Lotus finally took the wraps off their long-rumored new sports car, codenamed Project Eagle, at the British Motor Show. Lotus touts the Evora as being their most livable sports car to date, and states it will handle two "American" males in the front seats - something which is no small feat in the powerwheels-sized Elise.
The current spec Evora is a mid-engine, 2+2 coupe with 3.5L V6 provided by Toyota and subsequently warmed over by the gearheads at Lotus, resulting in a resptable 276 horsepower while maintaining a nimble 2976lbs curb weight. Production will initially be limited to 2000 cars per year, but may vary based on demand. Check out the Elise's new big brother below.
